WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BUYING A PUPPY?
-You choose a puppy available from a future litter or any already available puppies.
-You send us your name, address, phone number and email address. -You make a reservation and send a certain amount of money as deposit. -We arrange the shipping, travel documents and everything else. -You will receive a confirmation email about your reservation with all the information about where and when to pick up your puppy. -You send the rest of the price before we book the flight tickets. -We send you all the documents you need to get the puppy via whatsapp (passport, list of shots, invoice) -You drive to the airport to pick up the puppy. -We give you a lifelong help by raising your furry child. |

HOW MUCH IS A PUPPY?

WHERE CAN I FIND THE PUPPY PRICES?
The exact price depends on the gender and color of the puppy and your location . It also depends on the puppies parents, so please contact us if you are interested.

We use Bank account, Western union and Paypal (only deposit, up to 500€).
DO WE GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESERVE A PUPPY FROM A FUTURE LITTER?
Yes you can, by sending a certain amount of money in advance and the rest of the final amount will be due when the puppy turns 5 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PUPPY?
From the time you order the puppy from us, it will take about 1 week to have the puppy delivered into your care. We will arrange everything for you, and all you have to do is to pick the puppy up at the airport. We let our puppies go when they are at least 8-10 weeks old.
DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA IF I RECEIVE THE PUPPY LATER THAN USUAL?
We let our puppies travel when they are 8-10 weeks old.
At that age they are still tiny but they have already got all the shots needed. You can get your dobie later and we can keep it safe for you if we have extra space. We definitely have to discuss that during the process. Older puppies need more attention than the smaller ones and also a lot more training. We usually charge money per week for raising a puppy upon request.Answer to question 5 |

HOW DOES THE CORONA VIRUS EFFECT THE DELNASI PUPPIES?
We and the puppies are safe and sound.
We can ship to almost everywhere in the World! If you are interested in a Delnasi puppy, please check the available puppies on the website and contact us for more information! ARE THE PUPPIES TRAINED?
We start potty training our puppies as young as possible, so it would be easy for you to make your puppy house trained. Our puppies are using pet doors and can go to the backyard to do their things outside. We do our best to raise obedient puppies.
WHEN CAN I GET NEW PICTURES/VIDEOS OF MY CHOSEN PUPPY?
Since we receive too many inquiries for new pictures/videos of our available/reserved babies we can only provide pictures/videos every 2 weeks upon request. We will try to send them as soon as possible but you will get them in maximum 5 days. We will send them as soon as possible but please keep in mind our first priority is to breed healthy dobies and spend as much time as possible with them as well as dealing with family matters.
WHAT FOOD DO OUR DOGS EAT?
When you get your puppy you are supposed to feed it 3 times a day.
We use monge puppy chicken dog food and soak it in some water. Usually half a cup (100 grams) per meal. When the puppy turns 10 months, we switch the food to monge lamb adult dog food and feed it 2 times a day. Then you adjust the food amount depending on the dogs looks. We also recommend raw food. REGISTRATION

WHICH REGISTRATION DO YOU GET FOR A DELNASI PUPPY?
You get a FCI reigistration and a export pedigree. In case you are from America, you can re-register to AKC registration.
WHEN DO I GET THE DOCUMENTS FOR MY PUPPY?
When you get the puppy, we give you the passport and we send you the pedigree by mail after the Kennel club Slovenia confirms it. The process could take a couple of months.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER FROM FCI TO AKC?
(you need it just in case you bought a registration for your puppy, it is important for breeders only)
Registering your FCI registered dog by AKC is a simple process. There is a foreign dog registration form to fill out. You send that in, with a copy of the 3 generations FCI pedigree and two photos of your dog, side and front standing. |

HOW WILL MY PUPPY GET TO ME?

Our puppies are our children, we would never risk their health, we deliver them by the experts of pet shipping, and there is always someone with them during the flight. Hundreds of our puppies live all over the world already, we never had a single issue.
Flying in an airplane is just as safe as traveling in a car and possibly less stressful then a long car ride. A lot of people think animals are drugged, put in a box, tossed around with the rest of the baggage or left in hot planes for hours etc.. If this was true then we would never ship our puppies!! After more than 20+ years of shipping puppies all over the world we have never had one problem besides normal flight delays and that is fairly rare as well. Your puppy will not be stacked on top of suitcases. Airlines have special places for pets so that they will be protected from cargo and luggage. It is temperature controlled and pressurized just like the cabin. Puppies are never drugged. They’re shipped in a new airline approved plastic crate in which they can easily look out on the sides and on the front, with food, water and a blanket. During layovers the puppies are taken off the plane and placed in a temperature controlled holding room until they can be put on their connecting flight. Extra food is taped to the side of the crate in the event of an unexpected layover/delay. Shipping pups takes a lot of time and planning. Pups must be taken to the vet just before shipping to get a shipping health certificate.Answer to question 1 AT WHAT AGE CAN THE PUPPIES TRAVEL?
Our puppies are flying to their loving new families usually when they are 10 weeks old, at that age they already have 2 vaccines and the third one is unecessary , so you don’t have to pay your vet hundreds of dollars for the shots. We start potty training our puppies as soon as possible for you to have an easier job when you receive your little angel and they are strong enough to leave their mommy safely.
WHEN WILL YOU TELL ME THE EXACT TIME OF ARRIVAL?
As soon as the shipping company notifies us about the flight date, we'll contact you. You will know the exact date of arrival at least 1 week before it occurs.
DO I NEED TO CONTACT THE AIRPORT BEFORE THE ARRIVAL?
In some of the cases, you get a confirmation email or a call with all the information you need, where you have to go to clear customs and where you have to go to pick up your puppy.
You can usually check the map of the airport online and be prepared where to go and how much time it takes. Make sure you are looking for Cargo and not the normal Arrival section at the airport. You will receive an email that you must confirm. WHAT PAPERS DO I HAVE TO BRING TO THE AIRPORT?
You have to take your copy of the pet passport to the customs office where they will stamp it. Then you take the paperwork to the air general and pick up your puppy.
The only exception is KLM, where a broker is required who arranges customs in advance and gives you an entry number that you can show to the customs officer and get your puppy. A broker is also needed if you are a breeder. In both cases we can arrange the broker for you! Broker fee is 160€ (200 usd) DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX AT THE AIRPORT?
It depends on your country’s regulations. In the States there is no tax for importing puppies.There is a handling fee which consits of 70-120 USD , which you need to pay to the airline at the airport.
DO I HAVE TO ARRANGE IMPORT DOCUMENTS FOR THE PET TRAVEL?
It depends on your country’s regulations. In the States there is no need for import permit. We arrange everything you need to have, you just need to drive to the airport, sign the papers and pick up your puppy.to question 7
DOES MY PUPPY HAVE TO BE IN QUARANTINE AFTER THE ARRIVAL?
No, there is no quarantine required in most of the countries for puppies arriving from Hungary and Slovakia which are considered rabies free countries.Answer to question 8
DO I NEED A BROKER?
We will send you an "arrival information" email about whether you will need to have a broker to arrange the import documents in advance or that you won't need it. (Usually you don’t need a broker.)
It is a good thing tough, because you will get your puppy much faster at the airport, and all the documents will be checked in advance by the broker. They take care of everything and make the process super easy for you. You won't need to pay tax, because you are buying a pet and the price is lower than 10.000 USD. |
